The Nokia 5200 is quite friendly to use, as there are two selectable colored sections with easy to access keys and the colorful screen. The Nokia 5200 is a slider phone with all round performance. Though not positioned as a music phone like the similar looking Nokia 5300, this device too features a decent media player. The Nokia 5200 volume keys on the side double up as zoom keys when the camera is in use. The display is as good as the screen on the 5200, but is excellent when compared with other phones in this price range. The Nokia 5200 keypad slides down nicely and is very easy to use. The Nokia 5200 user can enjoy up to 3 hours and 10 minutes talk time from a fully charged battery & up to 263 hours of standby time.

The Nokia 5200 gives you Internet connectivity on the go through GPRS other than triband GSM network support. The device is equipped with HSCSD/CSD for faster data transfer within a network. Bluetooth wireless technology, USB mass storage and Infrared connectivity lets you connect the Nokia 5200 with any compatible external device for synchronization and information exchange.

The music capabilities of the Nokia 5200 are almost equivalent to Xpress Music phones. The media player plays all popular media format including MP3, AAC, AAC+ and AAC enhanced. The 5 Mb built in memory is good enough only to carry a few ringtones however, there is an expandable memory slot to carry your music and video files. The Nokia 5200 also features a stereo FM radio so that you can tune in to your favourite station.

I find nokia phone products a user friendly phone. I used to have nokia 5200 phone and I find it very nice and very durable.
